DDOL: The happy dance.
Our friends have a dog who, when excited, sways back and forth and lifts his front feet one at a time during the sway. I think L might have picked up on it. Lately, when he’s really happy about something - like when I ask him if he wants me to turn on the music (it’s like crack), he does the picking-up-the-feet sway. And it cracks me up because I think of Marley (dog) every time.
L has also taken to shaking his booty when I say, “Who’s my wiggle worm?” AJ and Murphy must have taught him that. A is always making Murph do “The Butt Dance.” And he just takes it. If only I had the patience with Aaron that Murphy does. That Murphy is a saint.
