Washers: A Great American Game

Enjoyed our first firm function last night. It was not at all what I expected, but I was glad. It was SUPER casual.

The most interesting parts of the evening were:

  • Shining the 80 million candle light work light into the neighbors’ bedroom windows.
  • Talking with all of the wives about how our husbands are not handy. I think the best story on this one was the guy who was distraught because the cable was out. His wife called and the cable guy came to fix it. He screwed the cable back in the wall.
  • Saturn Missiles at 10 p.m.
  • Playing Washers.

Oh, and I think that attorneys might be close to catching up with the advertising crowd in terms of the amount of alcohol consumed.
